Return Policy
- Returns are not accepted for food products unless the item you received is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preferences, change of mind, or minor packaging variations.
Damaged, Spoiled or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging via email or WhatsApp.
- Our team will assess the issue and respond within 1β2 business days.
Refund or Replacement Eligibility
A refund or replacement will be issued if:
- The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
- You received a product different from what you ordered.
Once approved, you can choose between:
- Replacement of the product
- Refund to your original payment method (processed within 5β7 business days)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Orders with incorrect delivery address or unavailability during delivery attempt
