Return Policy

  • Returns are not accepted for food products unless the item you received is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preferences, change of mind, or minor packaging variations.

Damaged, Spoiled or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging via email or WhatsApp.
  3. Our team will assess the issue and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund or Replacement Eligibility

A refund or replacement will be issued if:

  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
  • You received a product different from what you ordered.

Once approved, you can choose between:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Orders with incorrect delivery address or unavailability during delivery attempt
